Sacred Heart Soup

Delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
  1. Chop vegetables into small bite size pieces.

  2. Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and pour into pan.

  3. Boil for 10 minutes and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables get tender.

  4. Cool for 5-8 minutes.
