Ingredients

cup chopped red onions |

cup chopped carrots |

cup chopped tomatoes |
| 1/2 |
cup chopped celery |

cups vegetable broth |

cups water |

teaspoon garlic salt |

teaspoon curry powder |
Directions
- Chop vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and pour into pan.
- Boil for 10 minutes and reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables get tender.
- Cool for 5-8 minutes.
