Homemade Chili Recipe

homemade chunky chili. couldn't add to the recipe, but also uses olde el paso chili spice for flavour, but couldn't get it to work into the recipe analysis

Ingredients
32 oz ground beef, extra lean
1 green peppers
3 bell peppers
1 red onion
5 cloves garlic
510 ml stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
750 ml tomato sauce
510 ml kidney beans, drained
2 tsp sugar
Directions
  1. brown hamburger with chopped onion, peppers, mushrooms, minced garlic, pkg of chili spice and other spices to taste.

  2. add tomatoes, paste and kidney beans

  3. add sauce and sugar

  4. mix all together and simmer on low heat to boil...spices increase with time

  5. freezes well too
