| 32 | oz ground beef, extra lean |
| 1 | green peppers |
| 3 | bell peppers |
| 1 | red onion |
| 5 | cloves garlic |
| 510 | ml stewed tomatoes |
| 1 | can tomato paste |
| 750 | ml tomato sauce |
| 510 | ml kidney beans, drained |
| 2 | tsp sugar |
- brown hamburger with chopped onion, peppers, mushrooms, minced garlic, pkg of chili spice and other spices to taste.
- add tomatoes, paste and kidney beans
- add sauce and sugar
- mix all together and simmer on low heat to boil...spices increase with time
- freezes well too
