Makes 10 servings


chick pea dip

Ingredients
19 oz garbanzo beans
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
  1. drain can saving 2 tblsp. of the liquid.

  2. put all ingredients in a food processor

  3. blend until smooth,

  4. Add salt to taste

  5. sprinkle with cayenne pepper to serve and extra olive oil on top
