| 2 | tbsp. olive oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic |
| 2 | tbsp. tahini |
| 2 | tbsp. lemon juice |
- drain can saving 2 tblsp. of the liquid.
- put all ingredients in a food processor
- blend until smooth,
- Add salt to taste
- sprinkle with cayenne pepper to serve and extra olive oil on top
