Lean ground turkey version of a favorite. Add 1-2 packets of mushroom gravy for even more yumminess. (Dry mix = 20 cal/serving)

Ingredients
| 4 |
medium potatoes, boiled and mashed |
| 1 |
pound ground turkey, lean, browned |
| 1/2 |
cup carrots, chopped |
| 1 |
cup white onion, diced |
| 2 |
cups mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1 |
teaspoon black pepper |
| 1 |
tablespoon rosemary |
| 1 |
tablespoon basil |
Directions
- Brown turkey in skillet until cooked through.
- Add all ingredients but potatoes and let simmer. Stop before vegetables get too soft.
- Mix the mushroom gravy in a separate container and keep to side until next step(OPTIONAL).
- Put into an 8x13 pan, cover with gravy (optional) and potatoes. Spread evenly throughout pan.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until potatoes are golden brown.
- DON'T FORGET TO ADD THE GRAVY INTO THE CALORIE COUNT SEPARATE!
