Chocolate Cake Recipe

homemade chocolate cake yummy!

Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup water
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup soymilk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
  1. In saucepan combine butter or margarine, water and cocoa powder. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat

  2. In large mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt, stir in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Add cocoa mixture, mix till blended.

  3. Pour mixture into one greased large baking dish.

  4. Bake at 375 about 20 minutes.
