Mother's Fudge Recipe

Candy

Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat
7 oz marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips, milk chocolate
6 oz. chocolate chips, semi-sweet
10 1/2 oz marshmallows, mini
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
  1. Mix first five ingredients in a 4 quart pan. Cook until boils.

  2. Let boil 3 minutes stirring constantly.

  3. Remove from heat.

  4. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows stirring constantly.

  5. Add 2 cups of chopped pecans.

  6. Pour into 9x13 greased pan.

  7. Cover with towel and let cool until set.

  8. Cut into 1x1 inch pieces.
