| 485 | grams onion |
| 600 | grams red cabbage |
| 670 | grams savoy cabbage |
| 2 | tablespoons hoisin sauce |
| 1/2 | cup chicken broth |
- saute onions in olive oil 10 minutes over medium high heat until translucent
- shred cabbage and cook with onions and chicken broth another ten minutes until tender
- add hoisin sauce, salt and pepper to taste
