Banana Bread
| 3 | medium bananas |
| 1 | cup splenda |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/2 | cup flour |
| 1/4 | cup vegetable oil |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | teaspoon baking soda |
- mash bananas. stir in remaining ingredients.
- pour into greased bread pan. bake 1 hour at 325 or until toothpick comes out clean.
