Makes eggy breakfast pancake with apples in a 9 x 15 baking pan.

Ingredients

cup flour |
| 1 |
cup milk |
| 4 |
eggs (lightly beaten) |
| 2 |
apples (peeled and sliced) |
| 6 |
tbls butter |
| 1/8 |
tsp nutmeg |
| 1/4 |
tsp salt |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients (except butter and apples).
- Beat lightly leaving batter a little lumpy.
- In the oven, melt butter at 425 degreesin 9 by 15 pan or 2 9 inch pie plates.
- When butter is very hot, pour in batter and bake pancake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with syrup and butter (not included in calorie count).
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serves 4 (2 servings each)
