Baked Breakfast Pancake (NJR)

Makes 8 servings

Makes eggy breakfast pancake with apples in a 9 x 15 baking pan.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 eggs (lightly beaten)
2 apples (peeled and sliced)
6 tbls butter
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except butter and apples).

  2. Beat lightly leaving batter a little lumpy.

  3. In the oven, melt butter at 425 degreesin 9 by 15 pan or 2 9 inch pie plates.

  4. When butter is very hot, pour in batter and bake pancake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Serve with syrup and butter (not included in calorie count).

  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  7. Serves 4 (2 servings each)
