This is a quick and easy recipie for turkey burgers; only one actually. Great for singles, and dieters.

Ingredients
| 4 |
oz. ground turkey breast, or chicken breast |
| 1/4 |
tsp cumin |
| 1 |
pinch of paprika |
| 1 |
pinch of salt |
| 1 |
bun |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine turkey, cumin, paprika, and salt.
- Form the mixture into a patty of desired shape.
- Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat and let sit.
- When the skillet is hot, add the uncooked patty.
- Cook on each side, flipping until done throughout.
- Serve your burger on a low-fat, whole-grain bun; I used Healthy Life.
- Enjoy!
