Turkey Burgers for One

Makes 1 serving

This is a quick and easy recipie for turkey burgers; only one actually. Great for singles, and dieters.

Ingredients
4 oz. ground turkey breast, or chicken breast
1/4 tsp cumin
1 pinch of paprika
1 pinch of salt
1 bun
Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine turkey, cumin, paprika, and salt.

  2. Form the mixture into a patty of desired shape.

  3. Heat a medium-sized skillet over medium heat and let sit.

  4. When the skillet is hot, add the uncooked patty.

  5. Cook on each side, flipping until done throughout.

  6. Serve your burger on a low-fat, whole-grain bun; I used Healthy Life.

  7. Enjoy!
