| 1 | tsp dried Italian seasoning |
| 1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tbsp vegetable oil |
- Preheat oven to 475
- Mix cheese, oil, & herbs in large bowl
- Cut potatos into wedges/fries
- Add potatoes to bowl and toss to coat with mixture
- Arrange in single layer on baking sheet
- Bake 30 minutes - turning after 15 minutes
- Add salt and pepper to taste
