Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 475

  2. Mix cheese, oil, & herbs in large bowl

  3. Cut potatos into wedges/fries

  4. Add potatoes to bowl and toss to coat with mixture

  5. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet

  6. Bake 30 minutes - turning after 15 minutes

  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
