microwave peanut brittle
| 1 1/2 | cups raw peanuts |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup karo syrup, white |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
mix first 4 ingred. in glass bowl cook 8 min. on high stirring after 4 min. mixture should be bubbling and peanuts brown quickly stir in butter and vanilla cook 2-3 min. longer add baking soda stir quickly until foamy pour imediately onto a lightly greased cookie sheet let cool break and store in tight sealed containerCategories
