Polish Recipe traditionally eaten on Christmas Eve

Ingredients
1 kg cod
2 tsp canola oil
500 g carrots
200 g celery root
150 g onion
150 g parsnip
10 g tomato paste
Directions
  1. Boil the water and oil in a pot.

  2. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, celery and parsnip.

  3. Cook on low heat until soft.

  4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar to taste
