Vegetable Souffle (Kugel) Recipe

low cal option, great with a little melted cheese, but don't forget to add the additional calories

Ingredients
20 oz. stir fry vegetables
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 oz onion soup mix (1 tablespoon)
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup flour
Directions
  1. mix together everythin except vegetables, Add vegetables

  2. pour into 9" round baking pan and bake for 1 hour at 350
