Ingredients
4 tomatoes
2 zucchinis
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 eggplant
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
Directions
Cut everything up, throw everything in pan and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
