This recipe has been modified from the original to be lower in fat and calories. I acutally used a Light Blue Cheese Dressing from Wegman's , but the recipe analyzer didn't recognize it, and I wasn't sure how to do the math. The actual calorie count will be a little less.
| 16 | oz fat free Cream Cheese |
| 1 | cup Blue Cheese Dressing |
| 3/4 | cup Red Hot Sauce |
| 5 | oz canned chicken |
| 1/2 | cup shredded cheddar cheese |
- Combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and blue cheese dressing in a sauce pan and warm over low heat.
- Drain and flake the canned chicken, and combine with the other ingredients in the saucepan and heat until the cream cheese is melted and all ingredients are well combined.
- If You like a smoother consistency, remove from heat and place into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- transfer the dip to a baking dish, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
- Enjoy with chips and/or veggies.
