Hummus Recipe

Hummus, put on pita or crackers

Ingredients
15 oz chickpeas
2 cloves garlic
3 T water
3 T olive oil
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
rinse beans well, drain and add to food processor, add the rest of the items and blend well. Is good right away, but better with a day to meld the flavors.
