Lazy Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe

Cake

Ingredients
280 g Digestive biscuits
4 tablespoons honey
3 packets swiss miss chocolate, about 90g
60 g M&Ms
100 g butter
50 g cranberries
50 g raisins
100 g walnuts
Directions
  1. Crush the Digestives up in a large bowl, leaving them mostly crumbs, but with a few chunks here and there. Set aside.

  2. Melt the butter and honey together.

  3. Add the chocolate and stir until shiny.

  4. Pour the whole chocolately mixture into the bowl full of the broken-up Digestives and stir together.

  5. Press the mixture into a brownie pan and refrigerate for at least a few hours.

  6. Take out, slice into squares, and press a few M&M's onto each square.
