Pumpkin Pie Recipe

1/8 piece of pumpkin pie

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/8 pie crust
Directions
Blend all ingredients well. Add to single unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; then 250 for 35 minutes or until set.
