A simple beef tagine
| 1 | lb. beef |
| 1 1/2 | lb. potatoes |
| 14 | oz. onions |
| 10 | oz. carrots |
| 5 | cloves garlic |
| 1 | beef bouillon cube |
- Spices used: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, saffron, rosebuds, mint, salt, black pepper. Also lemon juice and white vinegar, about a tablespoonful of each.
- Put spices in container with bouillon cube and add boiling water to dissolve.
- Pour over cut-up meat in crockpot to marinate while cutting vegetables.
- Cook in crockpot.
