Butternut Squash Kugel Recipe

Ingredients
30 oz butternut squash (frozen)
4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1/4 c margarine (melted)
1/4 c soy milk
1 c flour
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except squash, mix add squash

  2. Pour into 10" round deep pie plate and bake for 1 hour at 350.
