Crock Pot Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients
2 1/4 cup steel cut oats
4 cups skim milk
4 cups water
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup raisin
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/8 cup honey
Directions
  1. Combine steel cut oats, skim milk, water, Vanilla Extract, Whey Protein Powder, ground flax seed and butter in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.

  2. Put into storage containers and eat over the course of the week. Add raisins, almonds and honey after heating and before serving.
