Crock Pot Steel Cut Oats
| 2 1/4 | cup steel cut oats |
| 4 | cups skim milk |
| 4 | cups water |
| 1 | tbsp Vanilla Extract |
| 1 | scoop Whey Protein Powder |
| 1/2 | cup ground flax seed |
| 1 | tbsp butter |
| 1/2 | cup raisin |
| 1/4 | cup raw almonds |
| 1/8 | cup honey |
- Combine steel cut oats, skim milk, water, Vanilla Extract, Whey Protein Powder, ground flax seed and butter in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Put into storage containers and eat over the course of the week. Add raisins, almonds and honey after heating and before serving.
