Jerusalem Kugel Recipe

Noodle side dish

Ingredients
4 1/2 c water
1/4 c Margarine
1 c Sugar
1/2 t pepper
2 t salt
1 lb egg noodles (fine)
3 eggs
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T oil
Directions
  1. Spray 12 Cup bundt pan with Pam.

  2. Bring to boil, water margarine, sugar, pepper and salt. Tun off heat and add noodles. Let sit 15 minutes

  3. Mix together eggs, brown sugar and oil. temper with 1 cup of hot noodle mixture and then mix all together.

  4. Bake at 350 for 1 and 1/4 hour
