| 2 | medium potatoes |
| 1/4 | onion |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 1/2 | tablespoon flour |
- Grate the potatoes and onion.
- Mix in egg and flour. Batter should stick together without being lumpy or soupy.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a skillet or griddle until a drop of water bounces across the surface.
- Spray with non-stick.
- Drop large spoonfuls of batter on griddle.
- Cook until the edges firm up.
- Turn and cook until done.
