| 4 | tsp cooking apples, stewed |
| 1/2 | tsp semi-skimmed milk |
- defrost 1/4 bock of pastry and roll out into square
- cut into four equal squares
- put tsp of apple in each square
- run a finger of milk along two adjacent edges of each square
- fold over into triangles and pinch edges
- bake at 200C for 12-15 minutes
