Quick Veggi Pizza

Makes 2 servings

Use lebanese bread or a couple of small pita's. Bread stays well in the freezer if you can find a flat spot for it, and you can start making the pizza even while the bread is frozen. including full prep this dish takes 30mins and your eating Good pizza for folks not big into cheese.

Ingredients
100 g Bread, Pita, Wheat
20 g tomato paste
200 g mushrooms
1 small squash, summer
1 small onion
1 small red pepper
50 g mozzarella
5 g chili
Directions
  1. Spread tomato paste on bread.

  2. Layer incredients

  3. Cook for 15mins

  4. If you like sprinkle with bazil.
