Ingredients
| 3 |
cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 |
cups water |
| 1 1/2 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon yeast |
Directions
- stir together all
- let sit 24 hrs
- pour out on flour board and bring together
- flour two cotton towels(not terry)
- place formed loaf on towel and cover with other towel
- let rise 2 hrs
- heat oven 450 degrees
- put cast iron casserole with led in oven and heat for at least 1/2 hr
- Uncover bread and using towel pour into hot pan and cover with hot lif
- bake 1/2 hr and then uncover and bake 1/2 hr more. cool
