Ingredients
10 oz spinach
8 oz salmon
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 large onion
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
  1. blanch spinach

  2. mix

  3. shape into patties

  4. spray frying pan

  5. pan fry patties
