Garden Egg Lemuffin Recipe

Great on the go breakfast.

Ingredients
40 grams green pepper, chopped
42 grams mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Egg Beaters, Garden Vegetable
1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese, Light Garlic & Herb, chopped
114 grams English Muffins, 2
Directions
  1. Saute green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in a spray of Pam.

  2. Add in egg beaters. Stir for 2 minutes or until almost set.

  3. Add in cheese. Continue to stir until finished cooking, about 2 minutes longer.

  4. Spoon onto english muffins and serve.
