| 1 | wedge Laughing Cow Cheese, Light Garlic & Herb, chopped |
| 114 | grams English Muffins, 2 |
- Saute green pepper, mushrooms, and garlic in a spray of Pam.
- Add in egg beaters. Stir for 2 minutes or until almost set.
- Add in cheese. Continue to stir until finished cooking, about 2 minutes longer.
- Spoon onto english muffins and serve.
