Turkey Noodle Soup Recipe

great for leftovers to make a creamy soup add 1 can cream of celery and 1 can of cream of chicken (adds 44cals, 1.5g fat and 2.5g protein per serving)

Ingredients
4 cups turkey
6 cups water
4 cups chicken broth
8 oz portabella mushrooms sliced
8 oz carrots sliced
12 oz egg noodles
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon rosemary
Directions
  1. place turkey, broth, water, garlic and veggies into the crock pot. Cook until the veggies are soft

  2. One hour prior to serving stir in the package of egg noodles and add rosemary to taste
