Banana Bread Recipe

Weight Watchers Cookbook Five Star Recipes

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
7 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1 1/3 cups banana
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until blended. Combine banana and milk; add to sugar mixture, beating well.

  3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon; stir with a whisk. Add to sugar mixture, beat just until moist.

  4. Spoon batter into a 9x5 inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
