Banana bread without the bananas with a the flavour of fall.
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 1 | cup sugar |
| 2 | large eggs |
| 2 | cups flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 12 | persimmons, mashed |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp nutmeg |
- Cream butter and sugar well
- Slowly add two eggs and the mashed persimmon
- Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda.
- Combine batter well and cook at 350F for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
