Mix up high protein, high fiber items in a sandwich baggie for your mid-morning or afternoon snack! Or keep it in your purse for emergency energy! This combination will give you the energy boost you need to get through the day, and it will keep you going between meals!

Ingredients
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Directions
