Organic Lean Ground Turkey and Organic Chicken

Ingredients
8 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp garlic
1 onion
3 raw eggs
1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1 lb skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. squeeze garlic

  2. chop onion

  3. soak bread in water

  4. ground turkey, chicken, garlic, onion, bread, eggs

  5. make 20 meat balls from the mass

  6. heat skillet and kook in small amount of oil for 15min periodically flipping
