easy vegetable quiche
| 2 | pie crust, deep dish |
| 2 | tbsp butter |
| 1/2 | cup green onions, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup bell peppers, chopped |
| 1 | clove garlic , minced |
| 12 | ounce evaporated milk |
| 10 | ounce cream of mushroom soup |
| 6 | eggs , slightly beaten |
| 2 | tbsp flour, all purpose |
| 4 | ounce pimentos, drained, chopped |
| 2 | cup broccoli ,cooked and chopped |
| 2 | cups cheese, swiss shredded |
- partially bake pie shells @ 400 for 6 min on preheated cookiesheet reduce oven to 350 prepare filling saute onions, peppers and garlic in melted butter until tender in med bowl beat eggs, soup, milk, and flour stir in onion mixture and pimentoes put broccoli and cheese in pie shell evenly and pour filling over broccoli and cheese bake pies on cookie sheet 50 min. @ 350 untill knife comes out clean cool 10-15 min. on wire rack
- if frozen let thaw completely preheat oven and cookiesheet to 350 unwrap thawed pie and bake 30 min.
