Pasta Spirals with Sweet Peppers and Feta Recipe

Light and easy greek style pasta

Ingredients
2 oz rotini
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 oz fat free feta
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
  1. cook pasta according to package directions

  2. drain pasta

  3. toss with oil and lemon juice

  4. dice peppers and mix in

  5. sprinkle feta over the top

  6. serve with fresh cracked pepper
