holiday desert If using reduced fat margarine or promise, reduce fat by 1/3
| 2 | cups peanut butter |
| 4 | cups powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | cup margarine |
| 24 | ounces chocolate chips |
- melt butter/margarine
- blend melted margarine and peanut butter on high w hand mixer
- add in powdered sugar
- let cool
- form into balls, insert tooth picks
- in a saucepan, melt chips w/ parrafin wax (1/4 square per 12 oz chips)
- dip peanut butter balls in chocolate by holding toothpick
- place on wax paper to cool, chill
