light and tasty recipe
| 2 | cups fat free yogurt |
| 1 | tbsp Olive oil |
| 4 | cloves Garlic ,minced |
| 1 | cup spinach, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup Lemon Juice |
| 1/8 | cup Ground black pepper |
- Procedure:
- CCP 1. Spoon the yogurt into a yogurt cheese funnel or sieve lined with cheesecloth.
- CCP 2. Place over a bowel and allow to drain for 30 minutes.
- CCP 3. In a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, warm the oil.
- CCP 4. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the spinach.
- CCP 6. Cook stirring, for 2 minutes, or until wilted.
- 7. Remove from the heat.
- CCP 8. Stir in the yogurt, lemon juice and pepper.
- CCP 9. Transfer to a shallow serving dish.
- 10. Serve with the pita wedges.
