Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Lisa's casserole creation that kids just love!

Ingredients
5 cups noodles, cooked and drained
12 oz tuna, drained
1 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds, optional
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except for soup, milk & cheese.

  2. Heat soup, milk & cheese.

  3. combine all ingredients and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds.

  4. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  5. Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
