Lisa's casserole creation that kids just love!
| 5 | cups noodles, cooked and drained |
| 12 | oz tuna, drained |
| 1 | cup celery, chopped |
| 1/3 | cup onion, chopped |
| 1/4 | green pepper, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | cup milk |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 | can cream of celery soup |
| 1/2 | cup toasted slivered almonds, optional |
- Mix all ingredients except for soup, milk & cheese.
- Heat soup, milk & cheese.
- combine all ingredients and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. If desired, top with 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds.
- Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
