| 5 | ounce mushroom |
| 2 | tablespoon fresh basil |
| 2 | tablespoon fresh oregano |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh thyme |
| 1/4 | cup mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
- heat grill to medium direct heat. Meanhile, brush inside of caps with 1/2 tablespoon of the olive oil.
- Place caps, gill-side down, on grill. Brush with remaining olive oil. Grill, covered, 3 minutes.
- Turn mushroom cap. Sprinkle inside of mushrooms with herbs. Grill, covered, 4 to 8 minutes longer or until tender, spooning cheese into caps during last 1 to 2 minutes of grilling. Salt and pepper to taste.
