Detoxifying Lemonade Recipe

Drink to take as a snack every two hours, 6-12 times a day

Ingredients
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup water
1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

  2. Mix with 2 Tbsp maple syrup. add a dash of cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)

  3. Add a cup of water, preferably mineral.
