One of my favourite ways to eat roasted wild salmon - on top of the cabbage salad!
| 60 | g salmon, wild, dry roasted |
| 2 | cups cabbage, shredded |
| 1 | scallion |
| 40 | g red pepper, raw |
| 1 | tbsp italian dressing |
| 25 | g garbanzo beans |
