A delicious low-fat treat

Ingredients
| 2 |
cups unbleached flour |
| 1/4 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1 1/2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 3/4 |
tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 |
tsp cinnamon |
| 1 |
cup bananas |
| 1/3 |
cup honey |
| 1/4 |
cup skim milk |
Directions
- 1 combine dry ingredients
- 2 add in wet ingredients, stir until just mixed
- 3 place in non stick 8X4 loaf pan bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 4 let set 10 minutes slice into 16 slices and serve
