| 1/2 | cup orange juice (yield from 2 oranges) |
| 1 | tablespoon butter |
| 2 | (large) cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | black pepper to taste |
| 2 | cups broccoli florets |
Sauté garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add orange juice and pepper and boil for 2 minutes. Steam broccoli until crisp tender and serve with sauce.Categories
