Boneless Chicken Tikka Recipe

The most tempting Southeast Asian dish... grilled to perfection... very high in proteins.

Ingredients
1/2 kg boneless chicken, breast
1 cup yoghurt
1 tsp ginger, paste or powder
1 tsp garlic, paste or powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cilantro, powder
1/4 cup lemon
Directions
  1. Cut the chicken in 1inch cubes;

  2. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients except lemon;

  3. Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for minimum 4hours (can be frozen for use within 1 week);

  4. Pre-heat oven to 200C;

  5. Put the chicken on small skewers or big toothpicks;

  6. Cook in oven for 35-40 minutes or till well cooked.

  7. Serve with lemon wedges & chutney.
