| 1/2 | kg boneless chicken, breast |
| 1 | cup yoghurt |
| 1 | tsp ginger, paste or powder |
| 1 | tsp garlic, paste or powder |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp red chili powder |
| 1 | tsp cumin powder |
| 1 | tsp cilantro, powder |
| 1/4 | cup lemon |
- Cut the chicken in 1inch cubes;
- In a bowl, mix all other ingredients except lemon;
- Marinate the chicken in the yoghurt mixture and refrigerate for minimum 4hours (can be frozen for use within 1 week);
- Pre-heat oven to 200C;
- Put the chicken on small skewers or big toothpicks;
- Cook in oven for 35-40 minutes or till well cooked.
- Serve with lemon wedges & chutney.
