| 2 | potatoes, medium, boiled & peeled |
| 1/2 | cup yoghurt, whisked |
| 1/4 | cup cilantro, chopped |
| 1/3 | tsp salt |
| 1/3 | tsp red chili powder |
- Chop the potatoes in 1inch cubes;
- In seperate bowl mix remaining ingredients;
- Add the potatoes in the yoghurt mix;
- Chill for 1-2 hrs before serving
