Ingredients
1 cup Black Beans, cooked
1 cup Quinoa, cooked
1 cup sweet corn, cooked
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 T sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. Oregano
2 T. lime juice
1 T. vinegar
6 oz. Tomato Juice
Directions
Mix and chill for one-half hour
