Lovely breakfast meal for holidays.

Ingredients
| 32 |
ozs. bread, white |
| 2 |
lbs. sausage, breakfast hot |
| 2 |
lbs. sausage, breakfast mild |
| 10 |
eggs |
| 32 |
oz. 2% milk |
| 1 |
onion, finely diced |
| 1 |
bell pepper, green finely diced |
| 1 |
bell pepper, red finely diced |
| 2 |
lb. shredded cheese, Cheddar |
| 2 |
lb. shredded cheese, Monterey Jack |
Directions
- In 9x13 baking dish
- Butter first layer of bread, put butter side down so it will not stick
- Top with 1/2 sausage, pepper/onion mixture
- Cover with 1/2 of the cheese
- repeat
- layer of bread
- layer of meat mixture
- layer of cheese
- In a separate bowl mix 10 eggs and 32 ozs. 2% milk till well blended
- Pour over casserole
- Let sit in fridge overnight
- Bake at 350 for 60-90 minutes or until firm
