Ingredients
4 cups pumpkin seeds
4 tsp margarine
1 tsp salt
1 pepper to taste
Directions
clean off pumpkin seeds, dry for 24 hours. melt margarine, pour over dry seeds. salt and pepper to taste. place seeds in single layer on baking sheet/s and cook at 300 for about 30-45 minutes, until browned.
