| 2 | cups onions |
| 16 | oz garbanzo beans, canned |
| 1 | cup red wine |
| 1 | cup orange juice |
| 1/4 | cup raisins |
- brown lamb
- saute onions and minced garlic for 5 mins
- add wine and orange juice
- simmer for 20 mins
- add garbanzos and raisins
- simmer for 10 mins
